The Origin

My body broke before my ideas did.

I survived a catastrophic sleep collapse- 17 days without sleep- and rebuilt my life from the inside out when standard treatments were of no help. Zen monasteries, neuroscience labs, corporate boardrooms, and the darkest human experiences became my data. That collapse taught me more than how to recover (though that’s all I wanted); it revealed something unexpected as I continued to use the method: sleep and energy are trainable skills, not fragile states we hope to protect. 

Specifically, I discovered two distinct outcomes that grow through Sleep Fitness training: energetic strength and energetic durability. Energetic strength improves the speed, clarity, and quality of daily engagement. Energetic durability builds the capacity to sustain high energy over time- our strongest defense against burnout in a grind-driven economy.
